Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By authorizing work to begin, you agree to the following conditions.

Insurance, Bonding, and Warranty Coverage

First Call Flooring warrants that its jobs are insured and bonded in accordance with applicable requirements. We provide a one-year warranty on all workmanship performed by our company and on all warranted parts supplied by us. Any manufacturer warranties applicable to materials or products supplied by us will be provided to the customer upon request or at the time of installation.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written payment agreement signed by both the customer and the President of First Call Flooring, full payment is due within seventy-two (72) hours of job completion. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional collection efforts, late fees, or other remedies available under law.

Customer-Supplied Materials

If the customer is responsible for supplying parts, materials, or products, such items must be present at the job site at the time the work is scheduled to begin. If the required customer-supplied materials are not available on site on the scheduled work date, the customer will be charged a minimum of four (4) hours per scheduled worker at the rate of $75 per hour, per worker scheduled for that day.

Tools, Equipment, and Property on Site

If the customer permits First Call Flooring to leave tools, equipment, or machinery on the job site during the course of the project, the customer assumes responsibility for any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged items. The customer agrees to pay the replacement cost or repair cost, as applicable, for any such missing or damaged goods.

Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
